1. Returns and Exchanges We accept returns and exchanges on items that meet the following conditions:

• The item is returned within 14 days of delivery.

• The item is in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.

• Proof of purchase is provided (e.g., order confirmation or receipt).

Custom or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

• Your order number.

• A photo of the damaged or defective item.

We will work with you to provide a replacement or a full refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

• Digital downloads.

• Sale items.

4. How to Initiate a Return To initiate a return, please email us at salome.sahin@ytajuke.com with your order details and reason for the return. Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions.

5. Return Shipping Costs

• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

6. Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Processing Times

• Art Prints: Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
• Stickers: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
• Custom or large orders may take longer, and I will notify you of any delays.

Shipping Times

• Domestic Shipping (GERMANY): Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days after processing.
• International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination and can take 1–3 weeks. Customs processing times may affect delivery.

Shipping Costs

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

Tracking Your Order

• Tracking information will be provided for all orders with shipping that includes tracking. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
• Please note that some standard shipping options may not include tracking.

Customs and Duties (International Orders)

• Buyers are responsible for any customs and duties fees that may apply.
• I am not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is lost or delayed, please contact me and I will do my best to help. While I cannot guarantee a replacement for lost packages, I will work with you to find a solution.
