••intuition•
your intuition is your source of wisdom. your intuition is that force inside of you that works far from logic, rational or judgemental voices. it is your center, your voice that needs to be listened to, to get in touch with your wishes and needs and to walk into your own authenticity.
• Connection •
connections are everywhere. in the external as well as the internal world. some are already done and some things have to be connected yet. the most important connection you can make, is the one you have with yourself. everything else stems from that. The connections you have with other people oftentimes are a reflection of the connection you have with yourself.
• exploration •
the first step is attention. attention in terms of reflection. for that, there must be space to stand still and observe what there is. as soon as there is observation about something - a situation, a problem, a feeling - there is space for exploration. Exploration to dive into possible solutions.
everyone is creative •creativity•
everyone is creative. And that doesn't necessarily mean to be "good" in some kind of arts and crafts. It means that each and every person has a pool of creativity inside themselves. This pool, this resource can be accessed. For many- this pool of creativity first has to be discovered. Because many people don't think that they can be creative- because they most likely learned in school or through other external sources that they are simply not "good enough" to be creative. But this is not the goal at all. There is no other goal than the one to live out of your true authenticity.
